About the Role
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics and distribution team in Stanford-le-Hope. This role offers consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position for reliable and hardworking individuals.

Working Hours
Available shifts include:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Tuesday to Saturday: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Flexibility to work across different shifts is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities
- Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
- Move and handle parcels weighing up to 35kg
- Sort and place packages onto conveyor systems
- Carry out duties within an assigned warehouse area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Help maintain an organised and productive workplace
Requirements
- Good level of physical fitness
- Comfortable performing manual handling tasks
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Available for evening, night, and early morning shifts
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required
