Warehouse Operative Vacancy
A fantastic opportunity is available for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team based at Frontier Park, Blackburn. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous warehouse or manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will support daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, and handling products while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load, unload, and move stock safely around the warehouse.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock control and warehouse organisation.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets.
- Carry out other warehouse duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse picking and packing processes.
- Counterbalance FLT (Forklift Truck) experience is desirable.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative.
- Flexible attitude towards duties and shift patterns.
Shift Pattern
This position operates on a weekly rotating shift schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
