Work Schedule

- 4 days on / 2 days off rotating shift pattern
- 12-hour day and night shifts
- Weekend, bank holiday, and split shifts may be required

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular security patrols around the site.
- Monitor and control access for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Screen passengers, luggage, and vehicles using security equipment.
- Operate X-ray machines and metal detectors.
- Complete security records and required documentation accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks when required.
- Operate company vehicles where necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn and complete all required training.
- Ability to pass a 10-year background check and provide employment references.
- Previous security or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
