Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 2 hours per day (Approx. 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM or 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
Contract: 45 weeks per year (mainly during school term time)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a friendly cleaning team at a primary school in Poynton, Cheshire. This part-time permanent role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic learning environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets, and other school areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned spaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
- Sanitise frequently touched surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check (provided by the employer).
- Right to work in the UK.
