A fantastic opportunity is available for a Retail Sales Assistant (Keyholder) to join a friendly retail team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role is perfect for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist customers, maintain store standards, replenish stock, operate tills, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Eligible team members aged 18 and over may also have the opportunity to become a Keyholder with additional responsibilities and enhanced pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Help shoppers find products and offer recommendations
  • Operate tills and process payments accurately
  • Replenish shelves and organise merchandise displays
  • Keep the store clean, safe, and well-presented
  • Receive deliveries and organise stockrooms
  • Support promotional displays and store campaigns
  • Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
  • Work with colleagues to achieve store targets

Keyholder Duties (Where Applicable)

  • Open and close the store securely
  • Complete cash handling and end-of-day procedures
  • Assist with store security and daily operations
  • Support the management team when required

Requirements
