About the Role

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Housekeeper to join a professional Site Services team in Ormskirk. This role involves helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across university buildings, including academic areas, residential accommodation, and shared facilities.

You will work alongside a dedicated facilities team to ensure high cleaning standards while providing excellent service to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and deep cleaning across campus buildings
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Support portering and general site service duties
• Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly
• Replenish cleaning materials and supplies
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Report maintenance or cleaning issues when identified
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Work across different campus locations as required

Working Hours

• Part-Time positions available
• 15 hours per week
• 20 or 30 hours per week (Term-Time Only)
• Primarily Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7 when needed

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or portering experience preferred
