Key Responsibilities
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic throughout each shift.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with basic food preparation when required.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Help maintain high cleanliness standards to achieve excellent food safety ratings.
