Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company ice cream van along assigned routes, static locations, or event venues.
- Serve customers with ice creams, desserts, and cold drinks in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare soft-serve ice creams and speciality desserts.
- Operate the cash register and card payment machine.
- Keep the van clean, organised, and well-presented throughout the day.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining food hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older to drive the company’s manual transmission vans.
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Flexible and willing to work weekdays, weekends, or seasonal shifts.
- No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
