About the Role
A rewarding opportunity is available for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join a professional complex care team in Halesowen. This role involves providing one-to-one support to an individual with complex care needs, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Whether you already have care experience or are looking to develop your skills, full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and support with nutrition.
- Administer medication as instructed.
- Provide bowel management and catheter care when required.
- Assist with daily exercises and mobility support.
- Help clients attend appointments and access the local community.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Caring, patient, and reliable attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to complete training and develop new clinical skills.
- Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM
