About the Role
A busy and welcoming pub in Manchester City Centre is looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to join its friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
As a Bar Staff member, you will help deliver outstanding food and drink service while creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Take food and drink orders and provide excellent table service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout the venue.
- Process customer payments using the till system.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
- Help promote food and drink offers to increase sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of bar or hospitality experience.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to stay calm and organized during busy periods.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
