A fantastic opportunity is available for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join a busy hospitality venue in Kenilworth. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team.
Previous bar or restaurant experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bar Staff member, your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks efficiently.
- Taking customer orders accurately and communicating with the kitchen and bar team.
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Processing cash and card payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies when required.
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables during busy service periods.
- Following food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments accurately.
- Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and work in a busy hospitality environment.
