Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the bar area
- Replenish stock and ensure supplies are readily available
- Process customer payments and operate tills correctly
- Monitor responsible alcohol service practices
- Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous bar, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
