About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Retail Assistant to join a busy fashion retail team in Redditch. This weekend-only role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a passion for fashion, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with products, sizes, purchases, and returns.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
- Process customer purchases, exchanges, and refunds at the checkout.
- Receive, unpack, and organise new stock deliveries.
- Maintain tidy fitting rooms and store displays.
- Work with team members to achieve excellent store standards.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures.
