About the Role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Housekeeper to join a professional Site Services team in Ormskirk. This role involves helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across university buildings, including academic areas, residential accommodation, and shared facilities.
You will work alongside a dedicated facilities team to ensure high cleaning standards while providing excellent service to students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and deep cleaning across campus buildings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Support portering and general site service duties
- Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly
- Replenish cleaning materials and supplies
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Report maintenance or cleaning issues when identified
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Work across different campus locations as required
Working Hours
- Part-Time positions available
- 15 hours per week
- 20 or 30 hours per week (Term-Time Only)
- Primarily Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work may be required
- Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7 when needed
