Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include:

  • Carrying out general maintenance, porterage, cleaning, and decorating tasks.
  • Maintaining internal and external areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Performing routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Assisting with minor repairs, including lighting, fixtures, fittings, drains, and plumbing issues.
  • Reporting maintenance faults and supporting the smooth operation of the site.
  • Setting up meeting rooms, furniture, and audio-visual equipment when required.
  • Receiving deliveries and assisting with stock and supplies.
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements
