Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include:
- Carrying out general maintenance, porterage, cleaning, and decorating tasks.
- Maintaining internal and external areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Performing routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Assisting with minor repairs, including lighting, fixtures, fittings, drains, and plumbing issues.
- Reporting maintenance faults and supporting the smooth operation of the site.
- Setting up meeting rooms, furniture, and audio-visual equipment when required.
- Receiving deliveries and assisting with stock and supplies.
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
