About the Role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing and supportive team in Waltham Cross. This full-time role is based in a chilled warehouse environment (3–5°C) and is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, scan, label, wrap, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Safely handle products weighing up to 25kg.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery after training.
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and inventory movement.
- Check product quality and report damaged or missing items.
- Build pallets safely to prevent product damage.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all health & safety, food safety, and company procedures.
- Support the team with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential.
