About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team in Potters Bar. This full-time permanent role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will assist with stock handling, order picking, inventory management, shipping, and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move stock safely throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Organise stock and maintain tidy storage areas
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (where qualified)
- Assist with shipping and receiving deliveries
- Update inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Carry out quality control checks on products
- Help with basic equipment maintenance when required
- Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
- Forklift experience or certification is an advantage

- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
