About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Maintain a visible security presence and enforce site procedures.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and fire alarms.
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare accurate incident reports.
- Assist with emergency situations, including first aid when required.
- Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors.
- Report any safety or security concerns to management.
Requirements
- Previous security experience is preferred but not essential.
- A valid SIA Licence is required.
- Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CCTV and security systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
