Office Manager Job in Studley
Studley Infant’s School is looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated Office Manager to join its friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. The role is based at Studley Infant’s School, part of the Arden Forest C of E Multi Academy Trust, which is committed to delivering educational excellence and creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the school office.
- Oversee personnel administration, including safer recruitment, payroll, and staff records.
- Process financial information, raise invoices, and complete bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
- Support the school’s safeguarding responsibilities and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, parents, and visitors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade A–C or equivalent).
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Good knowledge of finance software and school MIS/ICT systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A professional, friendly, and reliable approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary & Benefits

Working Hours
- 37 hours per week.
