Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and hang garments.
- Operate commercial washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely.
- Inspect clothing and fabrics for stains or damage and treat them when required.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Keep the laundry area clean, organised, and hygienic.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous laundry or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Flexible to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and provide holiday cover when required.
