About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Kitchen Team Member to join a friendly and fast-paced bakery team in Chester. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing fresh food, working with quality ingredients, and delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll help bake, prepare, and present products while maintaining high food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and finish fresh bakery products.
- Ensure food is presented to a high standard.
- Follow recipes and company food preparation guidelines.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with preparing fresh bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Work efficiently in a busy team environment.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Passion for food preparation and baking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM.
- Previous kitchen or bakery experience is helpful but not essential.
