Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team in London. In this role, you will help maintain guest rooms and shared areas to a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas daily.
- Make beds, change bed linen, and replace towels.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and other surfaces.
- Restock toiletries, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards.
- Perform final room inspections before marking rooms as ready.
- Keep housekeeping trolleys and cleaning equipment clean and organized.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, lost property, or safety concerns.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures while carrying out duties.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom (preferred).
