About the Role
A pharmacy group is looking for reliable and flexible Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join its team serving the Acocks Green, Hall Green, Yardley Wood, and Solihull areas. The successful candidates will deliver prescription medications safely and efficiently to customers using a company-provided delivery van.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy working independently while providing an important service to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescription medications to customers safely and on time.
- Drive a company van (electric, diesel, or petrol).
- Use the pharmacy’s delivery app to scan parcels and follow planned delivery routes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
- Work closely with other delivery drivers to ensure all deliveries are completed.
- Follow pharmacy procedures and delivery protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Good driving record with no serious motoring offences.
- Flexible availability to work varying hours.
- Knowledge of the local area is helpful but not essential.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery applications.
- Own vehicle is desirable for temporary cover if required (mileage reimbursement available).
