About the Role

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to company standards, maintaining food quality, and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and procedures.
- Ensure all meals are prepared to high quality and presentation standards.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout service.
- Keep kitchen workstations clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Work effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient preparation as required.
