Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations during the evening shift. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can manage a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, support your team, and ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure all warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and ongoing support.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
- Check materials, packaging, and labels for accuracy before production.
- Identify and resolve stock shortages, errors, and operational issues quickly.
- Coordinate with purchasing and management teams to maintain workflow.
- Support stock transfers, inventory control, and stocktake activities.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Ensure warehouse areas, chillers, and freezers remain clean and organised.
- Carry out forklift safety checks and promote safe working practices.
- Improve operational efficiency while reducing unnecessary overtime.
- Ensure traceability procedures and warehouse processes are followed correctly.

- Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential.
