An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and skilled Weekend Breakfast Chef to join a busy hospitality team in London. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure all meals are presented attractively and served on time.
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen during busy breakfast service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in every dish.
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and ingredient storage.
- Follow health and safety and food safety regulations at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Passion for cooking and preparing high-quality food.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday shifts.
