Job Overview
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our care team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. No previous experience is required, as we value kindness, reliability, and a genuine passion for caring for others.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support individuals with mobility and the safe use of mobility aids and personal equipment.
- Help prepare meals, snacks, and drinks, and provide support with eating and drinking.
- Assist with administering medication following care plans.
- Carry out light household duties, including making beds, laundry, tidying rooms, and light cleaning.
- Empty commodes and maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
- Provide compassionate support during end-of-life care when required.
- Build positive relationships with service users while promoting dignity and independence.
Requirements
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Previous care experience is not required – full support and guidance are provided.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
