Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our care team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. No previous experience is required, as we value kindness, reliability, and a genuine passion for caring for others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support individuals with mobility and the safe use of mobility aids and personal equipment.
  • Help prepare meals, snacks, and drinks, and provide support with eating and drinking.
  • Assist with administering medication following care plans.
  • Carry out light household duties, including making beds, laundry, tidying rooms, and light cleaning.
  • Empty commodes and maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
  • Provide compassionate support during end-of-life care when required.
  • Build positive relationships with service users while promoting dignity and independence.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
  • Previous care experience is not required – full support and guidance are provided.
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
