  • 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Approximately 40.25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily warehouse operation and administration.
  • Prepare and manage warehouse paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with internal departments and third-party partners.
  • Update daily operational reports and record any issues.
  • Allocate inbound and outbound documentation correctly.
  • Report operational problems to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Help ensure customer deliveries run efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administration environment.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is beneficial but not essential.
