About the Role
A rewarding opportunity is available for a reliable and motivated School Cleaner to join a dedicated facilities team in Lampeter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments that support the wellbeing of students, staff, and visitors.
Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are looking to start a new career, full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, toilets, and communal areas to a high standard.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces and maintain excellent hygiene throughout the school.
- Safely use cleaning equipment and approved cleaning products.
- Follow all health and safety, safeguarding, and site procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns when identified.
Requirements
- A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential.
