As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting daily operations while following health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organise warehouse stock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Handle products carefully to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Availability to work permanent night shifts.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
