Lansbury Bridge School in St Helens is looking for a reliable, proactive and hardworking Caretaker to join its friendly school team. This is a permanent, part-time position offering £13,613.51 per year for 20 hours per week across 52 weeks.
The successful candidate will report to the Facilities Manager and play an important role in keeping the school environment safe, secure, clean and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. The role covers the day-to-day security, maintenance and presentation of the school premises.

Working Hours
The normal working pattern is:
- Monday–Thursday: 1:00 pm–5:00 pm
- Friday: 2:30 pm–6:30 pm
Flexibility is desirable, and working hours may vary during school holidays.
About the Role
As part of the school’s Site Team, the Caretaker will help ensure the school site remains safe and welcoming. The successful applicant should take pride in maintaining high standards and be willing to take responsibility for the day-to-day condition and presentation of the premises.
