About the Role
The Maintenance team plays an important role in keeping the property operating smoothly and ensuring guests receive an experience beyond expectations. As a Building & Engineering Specialist, you will contribute to the effective running of the hotel’s maintenance function while supporting high standards across the property.
The position involves supervising Maintenance Assistants and leading by example. You will need to be comfortable managing different tasks, solving problems and using practical skills to help keep the hotel in excellent condition.
Rather than focusing on one type of maintenance task, the role requires someone who can multitask, identify problems and take action to keep things working as they should. You will also work proactively to support guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth operation of the property maintenance department.
