Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional service.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks to a high standard.
- Take drink orders accurately and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
- Process cash and card payments correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Follow food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
- Support colleagues to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and report shortages when required.
- Maintain excellent presentation standards within the bar area.
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Skills & Experience
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident handling payments and operating tills.
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
