About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Gardener to work at a private residence in Wrexham. This flexible freelance role is ideal for someone with gardening experience or an individual who is passionate about outdoor work and eager to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general garden maintenance and landscaping tasks.
- Prune trees, hedges, and shrubs to maintain healthy growth.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants.
- Remove weeds and keep garden areas neat and tidy.
- Assist with composting and garden waste management.
- Maintain garden structures such as gates and fencing.
- Clean and maintain ponds and other outdoor features.
- Move and spread bark, gravel, or decorative stone where required.
- Ensure the garden is well-presented throughout the year.
Requirements
- Previous gardening experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn practical gardening skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Own transport is required due to the countryside location near Wrexham.
