Job Overview
A friendly family in Finchley is looking for a caring and experienced Nanny to provide high-quality childcare for their 19-month-old child. The successful candidate will plan engaging activities, encourage learning through play, and create a safe, nurturing environment. This role is available two days a week, with a choice of any two days between Monday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, sole-charge care for a 19-month-old child.
- Organize fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
- Take the child to local playgroups and outdoor activities.
- Support the child’s learning and development through play.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment.
- Follow the family’s daily routine and childcare preferences.
- Communicate professionally with parents about the child’s progress and daily activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience caring for toddlers is essential.
- Must speak German or Arabic.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Strong UK references.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage but not required.
