Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly following kitchen guidelines.
- Prepare ingredients and organize kitchen supplies.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with serving food during busy meal periods.
- Help manage stock rotation and monitor ingredient freshness.
- Support the team with event and special function preparation when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
