Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and organise stock accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when supporting internal and external customers.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
  • Basic keyboard and computer skills.
  • Able to provide references.
  • CV required when applying.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with stock control or inventory management.
  • Previous warehouse or stores experience.
  • Health and Safety training.
  • Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) driving licence.
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence (training provided if required).
  • VNA Forklift Licence (training provided if required).
