About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to become part of a growing warehouse team based in Bamber Bridge, Lancashire. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service through efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload goods safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment while following health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stock movement and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse pick-and-pack processes.
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
- FLT/Counterbalance licence or experience is desirable.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts.
Shift Pattern
Weekly rotating shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
