About the Role
KFC is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join its restaurant team in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team.
As a Team Member, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring smooth restaurant operations and maintaining KFC’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders and provide helpful menu recommendations.
- Assist guests with self-service kiosks and digital ordering.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently.
- Keep customer waiting times to a minimum by supporting smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain excellent service throughout each shift.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.
