Salary

  • Starting from £26,436 per year
  • Salary review after successfully completing the 6-month probation period
  • Overtime paid for Saturday shifts

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • One Saturday each month (paid as overtime)

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange replacements when required.
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
  • Update financial and operational information using QuickBooks and internal systems.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of parts.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an office-based customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience arranging engineer bookings and sourcing parts is desirable.
