- Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange replacements when required.
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
- Update financial and operational information using QuickBooks and internal systems.
- Coordinate the ordering and delivery of parts.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an office-based customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience arranging engineer bookings and sourcing parts is desirable.
