About the Role
We are currently recruiting motivated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Barlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for full-time work with competitive hourly pay, paid training, and the chance to secure a permanent position.
Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP).
- Work safely at heights of up to 10 metres when retrieving stock.
- Load and unload containers efficiently.
- Move, sort, and organize warehouse products.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support the warehouse team with daily operational tasks.
Shift Options
Various full-time shifts are available, including:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Sunday to Thursday night shifts
- 12-hour day shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12-hour night shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 4 on, 4 off rotating shifts
Candidate Requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting tasks.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable transport to travel to the workplace.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
