- Monitor hotel operations during overnight shifts.
- Process reservations, payments, and administrative tasks accurately.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
- Ensure guest safety and security procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Complete night audit and reporting duties when required.
- Support the front office team in delivering a seamless guest experience.
